We want you to love every tool you buy from DopaTools. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products — no questions asked.

If a product doesn't work for your brain, we'll refund you. Simple as that. We'd rather you leave happy than feel stuck with something that doesn't help.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

• Send us an email at hello@dopatools.com with your order details
• Use our contact formand select “Refund Request” as the subject

Please include the email address used for your purchase so we can locate your order quickly.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we aim to process it within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Exceptions

We currently have no exceptions to our refund policy. All products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason.

We believe in our tools, and we believe in being fair. If something doesn't work for you, that's okay.
